FRH conducted a training session on statelessness for lawyers registered at the Tripoli Bar Association, in collaboration with the TBA's Human Rights Institute.
The interactive and participatory in-person training was attended by 49 lawyers. It utilized Q&A sessions, real-life experiences of lawyers, and case studies to complement theoretical presentations. The focus was on understanding the concept of statelessness, the rights and challenges faced by stateless persons, available solutions, and the role of lawyers in combating statelessness.
Following the session, the Human Rights Institute at TBA expressed interest in further advanced training sessions proposed by FRH for TBA lawyers.
